Weirside View (occasionally referred to as 14 Weirside View) is a house situated next door to the Hollyoaks Rowing Club by Riverside.
The house was first unveiled in August 2010, converted from an existing building following a short period of construction on the rowing club at Riverside.
In late-2010 and early-2011, Warren Fox briefly lived in the house upon his return to the village.
In 2013, Patrick and Sienna Blake moved in to the house upon their arrival in Hollyoaks, but moved out suddenly in March when they discovered the property was infested with cockroaches.
The house was the residence of James Nightingale from 2016 until his death in 2024, when it was inherited by his husband Ste Hay. During Ste's 12-month-long coma, his sister Leela Lomax was given power of attorney and sold the property to Andrew and Wendy to pay for the university and solicitors fees of Leah and Lucas respectively.
In 2026, Rex Gallagher's gang acquired the property with the intention of using it for criminal activities targeting young people. As part of a sinister plan, Rex offered vulnerable Dillon Ray the opportunity to use the property to escape the stresses of life using vapes laced with synthetic cannabinoids. Rex later invited him to look after the property full-time on behalf of his "boss", in exchange for free rent. To Rex's annoyance, Dillon invited Lucas to move in with him, who was under the impression the arrangement was a favour from a customer at the kiosk. In February 2026, Dillon and Lucas invited their friend Frankie Osborne—another of Rex's gang's potential targets—to live with them. In March 2026, following multiple incidents he disapproved of, Lucas decided to move back home. Also in March 2026, Rex blackmails Jacob Omari to move in with Dillon and Frankie to help speed up Frankie's sexual exploitation and trafficking.
