Wayne Connor was a photographer who asked Theresa McQueen to model for him in September 2009 whilst she was in London. Wayne later met with Jacqui McQueen and flirted with her. Jacqui decided to meet with Wayne in an attempt to get over her ex-boyfriend, Tony Hutchinson. The pair got drunk and Wayne took risqué photos of Jacqui. The pair later ended up sleeping together. Jacqui woke the next morning to be told by Wayne that he had deleted the photos before he threw her out. However, she later returned to the studio and found the photos on the wall, so she smashed up the studio.
Wayne gave evidence during Gilly Roach's trial for the rape of Jacqui in March 2011. Wayne repeated this to the court, but prosecution barrister John Wharmby pointed out that he did not obtain consent from Jacqui to use the photos (which he sold), and Wayne revealed that he had made a habit out of sleeping with the women he photographed.
