Warren Fox's Father was the partner of Norma Crow and father of her children Warren and Katy Fox. Warren's father was abusive towards Norma. After Norma gave birth to Warren, she felt forced to send him (and later Katy) to Cormac Ranger's care home. Warren and Katy were told that they were orphans as their parents had been killed in a car accident. Warren's father was left furious by Norma's decision and attempted to force her to tell him where his son was. Norma refused and Warren's father turned on her. Norma ended up striking him with an object, killing him. She then buried him under the floorboards of their home.
In March 2023, Norma attempted to kidnap Warren's children Sophie and Sebastian, and take them to Honduras with Warren. After causing a car crash that nearly killed them all, Warren turned against his mother and refused to have anything to do with her. Norma attempted to bring Warren to the old soon-to-be demolished Moston home to tell him the truth, with Mercedes McQueen convincing him to see Norma after learning the truth. Warren then helps Norma relocate his fathers body before the house is knocked down by the local council.
