Vinnie was the husband of Breda McQueen and the father of Goldie McQueen. Breda discovered she was pregnant with her and Vinnie's daughter in 1986. On Christmas Day, Breda (unknown to Vinnie) killed her employer, Wes, who was abusive towards his son, Peter. Breda ended up adopting Peter, changing his name to Sylvester McQueen. She also gave birth to Goldie in 1987. However, Vinnie became abusive towards Sylver and Goldie as well as Breda. When Sylver defended Breda against Vinnie in 2000, Vinnie began attacking Sylver, who pushed Vinnie down the stairs. Sylver believed that he killed Vinnie, and was found guilty and sent to prison. However, in June 2019, it was revealed that Breda had killed Vinnie after Sylver pushed him down the stairs.
