Victoria Francesca "Vicky" Grant is the half-sister of Andre Clark and the daughter of Donny Clark. She was the foster daughter of Scott Drinkwell.
Biography[]
2000s-2022: Early Life[]
Vicky was born in April 2006. Little is known about her father, but Vicky ended up in foster care after her drug-addicted mother was imprisoned. She ended up being fostered by the Holmes family, beginning a relationship with her then-foster brother Joseph Holmes. However, Joseph's parents opposed to their relationship and Vicky was taken back into care.
2022: Arrival and Friendships[]
Vicky meets Scott.
Vicky was sent to Hollyoaks in May 2022 as an emergency placement for foster carer Scott Drinkwell, merely hours after he was approved by a panel. Vicky was immediately left unimpressed with Scott, but decided to remain with him after becoming attracted to Scott's half-brother Damon Kinsella. Vicky and Scott eventually ended up growing closer and Vicky assisted Scott with running a youth club, befriending DeMarcus Westwood. Vicky's boyfriend Joseph Holmes (who social worker Keith warned Scott was "a piece of work") arrived in the village in June, wanting to spend time with Vicky. Vicky initially planned to run away with him, but Scott managed to convince her to stay.
Scott enrolled Vicky at Hollyoaks High School, and trouble began there when Charlie Dean included her on "The Fit List". As acting headteacher Olivia Bradshaw refused to take the matter seriously, aspiring councillor Zara Morgan arranged for a protest to be held. Olivia ended up expelling Vicky, but reversing the decision when Charlie admitted that he was to blame. Afterwards, Vicky continued her relationship with Joseph, despite Scott and his roommate Maxine Minniver being vehemently opposed to the relationship and his poor treatment of her. However, she refused to leave Joseph, telling Scott that she didn't believe anyone better would want her.
Joseph is arrested after threatening Vicky.
After DeMarcus's imprisonment for supposedly killing P.C. Saul Reeves, Vicky struggled with her relationship with Joseph, especially when he cheated on her with Serena Chen-Williams. Scott and Maxine found a photo of Vicky posing with a ring Joseph had given her after Saul's death, recognising it as Saul's engagement ring for Grace Black. Vicky confronted Joseph and informed Scott, with Joseph being arrested as he discovered Vicky's plan to get him arrested. Vicky returned to being close friends with DeMarcus as the pair were harassed by Joseph's mother Gill, until DeMarcus's father Felix Westwood and Scott intervened.
2022-2023: 'Departure' And Back Again[]
Following DeMarcus's release, the pair ended up growing closer into a near-relationship. However, DeMarcus's ex-girlfriend Leah Barnes continued to express feelings for DeMarcus, causing problems for the pair. After Vicky's mother wrote to her to ask her to join her for Christmas, DeMarcus raised the money for Vicky to visit her, to Scott's disappointment. Vicky also discovered that her mother wanted her to leave care and return to living with her permanently. Vicky held off on telling DeMarcus, but he found out when Scott planned a leaving party. DeMarcus made arrangements to join Vicky in Margate, despite her doubts.
Vicky collapses after unknowingly taking an overdose.
Learning of Vicky and DeMarcus's impending departures, Charlie made plans to throw a leaving party for the pair by secretly camping out in the woods. After two guys - Rocco and Xavier - crashed the party and brought drugs, Leah and Charlie laced a drink with ecstasy to share. However, Vicky drank the entire drink and collapsed. The pair eventually confessed and Vicky decided to take the blame, but Vicky's mother Caitlin told her that she couldn't move in due to the overdose. She instead suggested that Vicky moved to another foster home nearby, to which Vicky agreed.
Vicky ended up being placed in Kent, breaking up with DeMarcus after claiming that she had taken a pill willingly. She said goodbye to her friends and foster family before leaving in a taxi with care worker Mike Bridgecroft (who was filling in for Keith). After settling into her new residence, Vicky video-called Scott, with the pair promising to keep in touch. However, Vicky had actually been moved to Manchester. In April 2023, Vicky ran away and returned to the village, only to discover that Scott was now fostering another young girl.
2024-2025: Relationship with Ethan Williams & Abortion[]
2025-2026: Relationship with Robbie Roscoe; Affair with Freddie Roscoe; Second Pregnancy & Miscarriage[]
2026-: Sex Trafficking[]
In February 2026, Vicky is kicked out by Robbie after finding out that the baby, Vicky was carrying and miscarried was his brother’s Freddie Roscoe. While out in the Village, Vicky is confronted by an angry Grace who know knows Vicky was sleeping with her husband and was carrying his baby. A physical confrontation starts between the two ladies and is broken up by Donny. After the fight, Vicky tells her father due to all the issues she needs to leave the village permanently. Later in the day after running into Freddie leaving the village, Vicky comes face-to-face with Grace, who forces Vicky into the back of a van, where Grace and Rex kidnap Vicky from the village.
In April 2026, Vicky arrives to visit her father in the Hospital after he was attacked by Alistair Banks. Vicky admitteds to her unconscious father, that she basically is being sexually trafficked. As she goes to leave the hospital and possibly escape, she is stoped by D.I. Banks at the entrance, who grabs her, forces her into the back of a black van against her will and leaves the hospital carpark. Vicky and Banks arrive at the location where Robbie being held hostage, as she is bringing dragged into a different room, Vicky and Robbie hear each other’s voices and yell for each other in distress.
