Vernon Booth was a builder who worked on Gordon Cunningham's building on Oakdale Drive in June 1998. Vernon caused problems with Mr. C's tenant Tony Hutchinson - who owned Got It Taped - with his late arrival and behaviour that turned customers away. He was hired by Finn in August 2000 to work on building The Loft, with his girlfriend Victoria Hutchinson managing to talk Vernon into talking down the price. In March 2006, Vernon worked on the construction of Evissa. He tricked Tony into thinking that Evissa was going to be a sex shop, causing Tony to wear sexual clothing and protest. Vernon took photos of Tony with the intention to submit them to The Chester Herald. Tony only found out Evissa was to be a beauty salon from the police, having been arrested under a misunderstanding with an older woman and a lost handbag.
