- Steve, the mastermind behind a credit card scam Darren Osborne was involved with, in May 2004.
- Loan shark Vince Armstrong, who Joe Spencer owed money to, in May 2006
- Mark, a prison guard at Jake Dean's psychiatric facility, in March 2010.
Williams has also appeared in The Bill, Linda Green, Clocking Off, Coronation Street, Outlaws, No Angels, Life on Mars, New Street Law, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Waterloo Road, Shameless, Doctors and The Street.
