Tom Jenkins was the boyfriend of Maddie Parker. In October 1995, Maddie introduced her friend to Tom at Louise Taylor's birthday party. Her friends took a dislike to Tom and Maddie and Tom ended up breaking up some time after. In October 1996, Tom returned on the scene whilst Maddie was in a relationship with her creepy former ex-boyfriend Michael St. John Thomas. Maddie's friends Jude and Dawn Cunningham attempted to matchmake Tom and Maddie, to no avail.
