The Octagon was a building owned by Tony Hutchinson, which he purchased alongside The Loft as it was used for storage. In 2003, Tony offered Max Cunningham the option to rent The Octagon in replacement of his burger van, which Max accepted, calling the business "Gnot Gnosh". In 2007, Max purchased the building from Tony and, with best friend O.B., converted the building into juice bar MOBS.
