Terri Dwyer is an English actress who played Ruth Osborne between January 1996 and October 2001, with brief returns in 2003, 2004 and 2008. Dwyer also portrayed the role in Hollyoaks: Off on One, Hollyoaks: Breaking Boundaries, and Hollyoaks: Movin' On.
Dwyer has also appeared in Holby City, Mile High, Grange Hill.
