St. Demetrius Church was a church Norma Crow lured Warren Fox to in September 2022, as part of her plot to turn him against his son Joel Dexter. In January 2022, Joel performed a hit-and-run on Warren after learning thet he had killed Brody Hudson in September 2021. Armed with this knowledge, Norma told Warren that the car's driver was at St. Demetrius Church. Warren stormed into the church and shot the sole occupant, discovering that it was Joel.
