Simon was Luke Morgan's counsellor, who Luke saw after reporting Mark Gibbs for rape in June 2000. Luke found the counselling sessions helpful as Simon would talk about whatever Luke wanted to, without judgement. He advised Luke to take an HIV test, which Luke eventually did, returning a negative result.
