Silvia (Barbara D'Alterio)

Silvia was a woman who Tony Hutchinson met whilst working as a chef at Tony Macaroni Ristorante after moving to Rome in February 2005. The pair had a brief fling, until Silvia met Tony's ex-girlfriend Mandy Richardson who reconciled with Tony.
