Sheba was a German Shepherd owned by Irish travellers Rory and Conor. The pair had been staying in a caravan parked in the yard of derelict nightclub The Loft, causing issues with businessman Tony Hutchinson, who owned the restaurant opposite. Tony was the only person who took issue with Sheba, so Tony vowed revenge. After Tony taunted the dog, she nearly bit young Tom Cunningham, causing Tom's brother Max to call the police when Rory refused to keep Sheba locked inside the caravan. The police investigated but the dog was not confiscated from the Irishmen, so Tony began drugging her. When Conor found out the truth, he punched Tony, momentarily ending the feud.
