An unnamed registrar officiated the wedding ceremony between Tony Hutchinson and Cindy Cunningham. The registrar initially mixed up their names; calling Tony "Tony Cunningham" and Cindy "Cindy Hutchinson". Despite several interruptions as Darren Osborne tried to change Cindy's mind and Jacqui McQueen attempted to change Tony's mind about the ceremony, the wedding went ahead and the couple were married.
In October 2013, the registrar married Leanne Holiday and Dennis Savage. Leanne had suffered an inoperable brain bleed in a bomb explosion, and married Dennis hours before she died.
