Reggie is an associate of gangster Ron Douglas. After Ron had his money (accidentally) stolen by Ben Davies, Jake Dean, Dan Hunter, Joe Spencer and Billie Johnson, Reggie and Ron began believing that they were carrying out work for a rival. Having seen Tantalize Lap Dancing Bar (Ron's strip club) stripper Olivia with Dan on the night the money was stolen, Reggie and Ron held her captive in the club. Dan arrived to explain the situation to Ron and Reggie, but they held him captive in Olivia's place. They then met with the others to exchange Dan for the stolen money, with Dan fleeing with them on Matt Musgrove's boat. Reggie was eager to go after them but Ron stopped him, having realised that they were "regular lads on a regular night out".
