An unnamed receptionist worked at Magnet Modelling modelling agency in London, which was visited by Michaela and Theresa McQueen in September 2009. When the pair arrived at the desk, the receptionist ignored Theresa and only looked up from her magazine when Michaela shouted at her. Speaking through the intercom, Michaela corrected the receptionist when she called Theresa "McQuinn", appending "and her minder" as a result. The receptionist commented that "they're really scraping the barrel" before allowing only Theresa in.
When Michaela angrily sat down and pulled out a chocolate bar, the receptionist begged for some, saying that her employers had placed her on a diet for three months and threatened to wire her jaws. Revealing that she met a load of attractive men and acquired their numbers, the receptionist offered to give one of their numbers to Michaela in exchange for the chocolate. Afterwards, the receptionist changed her attitude towards the pair, telling Theresa that she had the "look" and "story" upon learning that Theresa's mother was in prison.
