An unnamed policeman processed Ollie Benson in March 1996 following his arrest for underage drinking. Dragged to the police station by his incredulous father, the policeman informed the pair that whilst the vendor would likely be prosecuted, Ollie would not be charged nor would an investigation into the purchase take place. However, Ollie left with a warning in his ears if he ever ended up at the station again.
The policeman later investigated baby Holly Cunningham's hospitalisation in April 1998. Holly had been suffocated with a cushion by her post-natally depressed mother Cindy Cunningham, but interrupted by Jude Cunningham in the nick of time. Jude, however, attempted to keep the events around Holly's hospitalisation ambiguous to avoid Cindy getting into legal trouble.
