Milly, a paramedic, arrived on the scene when Mercedes McQueen gave birth to Maria-Gabriella McQueen and Maria-Carmela McQueen at Casa McQueen in July 2024. Mercedes and Warren Fox were locked in by Grace Black. Warren was on the phone to the paramedics to assist Mercedes in giving birth. The first twin, Maria-Gabriella McQueen was born successfully. However, when Felix Westwood's baby, Maria-Carmela McQueen, was born, the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby who was barely breathing. Warren called the paramedics who arrived onto the scene and rushed them to hospital.
