P.C. Harvey was the police officer who arrested Ellie Nightingale after her attack on Nick Savage in December 2016. Nick decided against pressing charges so Ellie was released, but P.C. Harvey sensed that there was something deeper within the situation. Ellie would not speak to P.C. Harvey, so she advised Ellie to talk to someone.
In May 2017, P.C. Harvey was called a car accident near The Archway. She spoke with the car driver, Prince McQueen, who was initially dismissive towards the officer. She later visited him at Dee Valley University Hospital to question him over the accident. However, Prince exploded and fled during the questioning. A few days later, P.C. Harvey returned to continue the questioning and the robbery at Hollyoaks High School. Prince claimed to have worked alone with the theft and was charged with taking a vehicle without consent, driving recklessly without a licence or insurance and robbery.
P.C. Harvey was called to The Dog in the Pond in December 2021 by Tony Hutchinson for disturbance of the peace. The McQueen family held a protest after being evicted from 3 Oakdale Drive, Flat 4 due to Tony selling the house to Dave Chen-Williams. P.C. Harvey was left irritated by Tony and Theresa McQueen bickering as it was a waste of police time, but grew concerned when Nana McQueen began to have a dizzy spell. Harvey later arrested Sami Maalik for the attack on Ali Shahzad, but he was later released.
Later in the month, P.C. Harvey was called by Tom Cunningham after he caught Lucas Hay setting up a table in The Cunningham Grande Bazaar to sell trading cards without a permit.
In March 2024, P.C. Harvey breathalyses Diane Hutchinson after she saw her run a red light. Tony Hutchinson asks why she is breathalysing Diane and not him as Diane gave Tony the keys to say he was driving as Diane had wine and might be over the limit. P.C. Harvey arrests Diane under suspicion of driving with excess alcohol. Tony argues again that it was him driving and Harvey says that she clearly saw Diane driving as they have dashcams and that lying to a police officer is a criminal offence. Tony tries to grab the dashcam to destroy it and P.C. Harvey arrests him to.
In May 2024, P.C. Harvey arrived at The Cage after the police received an anonymous call reporting a domestic incident between Cleo McQueen and Abe Fielding.
In June 2024, P.C. Harvey took Nancy Osborne down to the station to question her after her stepdaughter Frankie Osborne falsely accused Nancy of pushing her down the stairs.
In July 2024, Martha Blake called the police telling them that her granddaughters were in danger. P.C. Harvey arrived at Jeremy Blake's allotment wanting to ask a few questions about his mother. Jeremy managed to convince her that Martha was pretending to be a concerned grandmother. As P.C. Harvey walked away she accidentally kicked over a flower pot hiding Martha's boot.
In September 2024, P.C. Harvey handcuffs Rex Gallagher after Donny Clark tells him to arrest him for kidnapping. P.C. Harvey questions Rex on who ordered him to kidnap Misbah Maalik and who Blue is. Rex tells her people will die if she doesn't let him go. Rex tells them he removed a bomb from James Nightingale's car.
In November 2025, P.C. Harvey arrests Ste Hay on suspicion of burglary.
