Ms. Grayson was Mitzeee Minniver's defence solicitor when she stood charged of attempting to murder Mercedes Fisher in June 2012. At the bail hearing, Ms. Grayson pointed out that Mitzeee had offered to surrender her passport, denying bail would cause financial issues for Mitzeee and that she was willing to adhere to any conditions imposed by the court. Regardless, Mitzeee was denied bail.
Nancy told Ms. Grayson of her suspicions about Mercedes in September 2012. A pregnant Nancy feigned stomach pains and asked for a glass of water so she could photocopy Mitzeee's files.
