Mrs. Temple was a woman who ran the Homely Private Hotel, where the Osborne and Dean families resided when The Dog in the Pond was destroyed in an explosion in September 2006. Jake Dean ended up working as a handyman for Mrs. Temple, and Mrs. Temple ended up lusting after him. However, during their six-week stay, the families broke every rule at the hotel, and Mrs. Temple ended throwing them out, but offered for Jake to continue working for her.
