Mrs. Mackintosh is the mother of Stephen 'Macki' Mackintosh. Mrs. Mackintosh was oblivious to her son's behaviours and was distraught when Macki was killed in August 2005, after being stabbed by Ali Taylor, whom had been racially taunted by Macki for months. Ali was killed only hours later after being struck by a car, and his step-brother, Justin Burton, was accused of Macki's murder as he helped cover up Macki's death.
Mrs. Mackintosh attended Justin's murder trial in November 2005, and had a run-in with Justin's mother, Liz. Justin was found not guilty, and Mrs. Mackintosh left.
