Mr. Acton was a prison guard at Longmere Prison. Mr. Acton was present during a visit from Fergus Collins to Warren Fox, warning Warren when he lunged for Fergus. Fergus later ordered Mr. Acton to have Warren murdered, to which Mr. Acton took Warren into the prison yard to have him attacked by other inmates.
