Michael Wilson served as the prosecution solicitor during Dennis Richardson's trial in November and December 1998. Accused of raping his daughter Mandy in May, Dennis was found guilty and ultimately sentenced to seven years imprisonment. In October 2000, Mr. Wilson served as the prosecution solicitor in Mark Gibbs's trial. Mark had been accused of raping Luke Morgan: Mandy's boyfriend. Through establishing Mark's motive, contradictions, and pointing out that Luke had no history of depression, Mr. Wilson convinced the jury that Mark was guilty.
