Matthew Morgan is a Welsh actor who played Mr. C's cousin Benny Stringer, whose criminal antics Jude Cunningham was involved in, from November 1997 to late 1998.
Morgan has also appeared in The Archers, EastEnders, Down to Earth and The Bill.
