Lucy was a woman Ben Davies saved from a fire at a nursing home in July 2002. In May 2005, Lucy encountered Ben and thanked him for saving her life, even though he was unable to save everyone. She gave Ben relationship advice regarding his girlfriend, Lisa Hunter, and invited him back to her house. However, Ben politely declined and left.
