Lexi Roscoe

Alexandra Maria-Magdelane Rosa "Lexi" Roscoe is the biological daughter of Lindsey and Freddie Roscoe, the adoptive daughter of Joe Roscoe and the half-sister of JJ Roscoe

Lindsey discovered she was pregnant in February 2016, a few weeks after faking a pregnancy to steal Joe Roscoe from his girlfriend Mercedes McQueen. Initially believing that Joe was the father, Lindsey later discovered via ultrasound that she was at least four months pregnant and realised that her estranged husband (and Joe's brother) Freddie Roscoe was the father of her baby. Despite knowing the baby's paternity, Lindsey allowed Joe to believe the baby was his, but in April 2016, after overhearing Lindsey and Mercedes talking about the baby, Freddie started investigating and soon discovered that he was the father.

In May 2016, Lindsey went into labour whilst on the run after she was exposed as The Gloved Hand Killer. Lindsey gave birth to a baby girl in an empty Dee Valley University Hospital with the help of her sister Kim Butterfield and a reluctant Tegan Lomax and Celine McQueen. Lindsey decided to call her baby 'Kimberley', after Kim. Hours after the baby was born, Lindsey was murdered by serial killer Silas Blissett. Freddie couldn't look at the baby without thinking of Lindsey and decided he wasn't ready to be a father, so he asked Joe and Mercedes if they'd adopt her, which they both agreed to. Joe and Mercedes struggled with choosing a name for the baby, with Joe choosing 'Adele' and Mercedes choosing 'Lexus'. Joe later chose to name the baby 'Alexandra', which Mercedes loved. In November 2016, after Joe's death, Lexi and her half-brother JJ Roscoe were taken to South Africa to be raised by their grandmother Sandy Roscoe, who was named as their legal guardian in Joe's will. Mercedes was reluctant to let them go, but eventually agreed.

In April 2017, Sandy's sister Christine returned Lexi to Freddie, explaining that Sandy was struggling to cope with looking after her as well as JJ. Freddie tries to ask Mercedes to raise Lexi, but Mercedes refuses out of fear of losing Lexi again. Freddie then decided to step up and be a proper father to Lexi, to which Freddie's girlfriend Ellie Nightingale agreed to support him. A week later, Freddie went on the run to South Africa, taking Lexi with him, after punching Ellie's rapist Nick Savage into a jacuzzi and leaving him to drown.

In 2017, unable to bear the thought of not seeing Lexi again, Freddie handed himself into the police and was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment, leaving Lexi in Sandy's care. However, Sandy wasn't able to cope and asked her son Robbie Roscoe to look after Lexi. By 2024, Robbie and Lexi returned to Chester, with Lexi attending Tamblethorp Primary School.

By April 2024, Freddie had been released from prison and managed to track down Lexi, but didn't reveal his identity to her. In May, Freddie was shocked to discover Robbie was looking after Lexi, having been told by Sandy that Lexi was in emergency foster care. Robbie stated Lexi was safer with him and told Freddie to stay away, pointing out that he blew his chance to be a father. In June 2024, Freddie convinced Robbie to let Lexi be ring-girl at his wedding to Grace Black, who's in prison, but didn't reveal his and Grace's plan to go on the run with Lexi and Grace's son Curtis Royle. When Robbie discovered the plan and was tied up by Freddie, he tells him if he doesn't put Lexi first she'll end up hating him forever. At the wedding, Freddie saw sense and abandoned the plan, but Robbie refused his apology and told him to stay away from him and Lexi. After discovering Robbie was associated with escort Hannah Ashworth, Freddie decided to use the info to get Lexi back, but after speaking to Hannah, Freddie and Robbie called a truce and Robbie agreed to let Freddie be more involved in Lexi's life.

In July 2024, when Hannah was targeted by her former boss Rex Gallagher, Robbie decided to lay-low for a while and sent Lexi to live with Freddie on The Love Boat. When Freddie was admitted to hospital after almost being drowned by Rex and Ste Hay on the orders of Warren Fox, Lexi temporarily stayed with Freddie's half-brother Darren Osborne and his family at 17 Basswood Road.
