Les (also known as The Embalmer) is an associate of Norma Crow, ordered by her to kill Sienna Blake in August 2022. Norma sent Les a photograph of Sienna, as well as Sienna's address, but Les ended up mistaking Sienna's half-sister Liberty Savage for her as she entered 5 Oakdale Drive, Flat 1. Liberty let Les - who was pretending to be injured - into the flat. She gave him a cup of Sienna's tea, unaware Sienna had spiked it in an experiment to see if Warren Fox was drugging her. Accusing Liberty of drugging him, he managed to overpower her, but was stopped by Warren Fox broke the door down and threw Les out of the flat.
In September 2022, Norma spoke with 'The Embalmer' about her lawyer, James Nightingale. Les was eager to kill James himself, but Norma told him that she wanted to kill him slowly herself. In October, Les caught Sienna attempting to suffocate Norma in her hospital bed with a pillow, and knocked her unconscious. Holding her hostage in a workshop at the bottom of Norma's garden, Les prepared to kill Sienna with a fatal dosage of embalming chemical fixitures, but Ethan struck him with a gardening tool and managed to rescue Sienna.
In November 2022, Norma was targeted by "Turner", a man who had attempted to kill her to take over her territory. After kidnapping Norma at The Folly and trapping her in a coffin, "Turner" lured Warren (who was accompanied by Grace Black) to Dee Valley Crematorium. Warren and Grace ultimately discovered that "Turner" was Les and he had been assisted by Godfrey. As Les prepared to kill the trio, Warren told Godfrey that Norma had considered him family. Godfrey decided to disarm Les, with Warren grabbing the gun and fatally shooting Les.
