Kim Tiddy is an English actress who played Heidi Costello from July 2010 until November 2011.
Well known for her role in The Bill as P.C. Honey Harman from 2003 to 2007, Kim has also appeared in M.I.T.: Murder Investigation Team, EastEnders, Crime Stories and Doctors.
