Kevin Reynolds was the first boyfriend of Kathy Barnes. He was the lifeguard at the local pool where 19-year-old Kathy trained. Kathy was obsessed with him: so much so that Kevin was fired for poor punctuality at work. They broke up at some point afterwards. Kathy told Rhys Ashworth about Kevin in April 2006, as Rhys was secretly dating Kathy's 16-year-old daughter Sarah.
