Julie Savage was the mother of Dennis Savage and the first wife of the late Charles S'Avage. In November 2011, Julie kicked Dennis out of home, so he went to live with his uncle Dirk. Julie and Charles moved to Sierra Leone, where Charles served as a doctor at a makeshift hospital, despite having failed his final exams. Julie died of cancer not long afterwards.
