Jeremy Sheffield is an English actor who played Patrick Blake from November 2012 until the character's death in January 2016. He also appeared as a figure due to Dilly Harcourt's head injury in February 2024. He also played Patrick in Hollyoaks: Tom's Life. Since June 2024 he has played Jeremy Blake, Patrick's twin brother.
Sheffield has also appeared in The Governor, Linda Green, Grease Monkeys, Holby City, Murder in Suburbia, Bombshell, Blue Murder, New Tricks and Coronation Street.
