Hugo was a man who Zara Morgan met whilst holidaying in France in 2003. Upon returning home, Zara bragged to her friends about Hugo, even claiming that they slept together. Hugo arrived in England to surprise Zara, who was left mortified as he was not who she claimed he was, and Zara even admitted to Abby Davies that she wasn't attracted to Hugo: but his friend! She rejected Hugo and was left annoyed when he tried to fight for her.
