Hollyoaks Market (formerly Harcourt's Grand Bazaar) is a bazaar (enclosed market) owned by Donny Clark. The bazaar aims to be eco-friendly, sustainable and strives to be net zero, favouring stalls that fit this ethos, and additionally features an EV car charging station and tap water refill point.
The market was formerly known as The Cunningham Grande Bazaar; however, a car accident in March 2023 damaged the internal structure and repairing it proved too costly for owners Cindy and Tom Cunningham, who didn't have valid insurance. Eventually accepting defeat, Cindy - in the midst of a bipolar disorder relapse - forged Tom's signature to sell the market to Rafe Harcourt. Tom did not try to revert the sale due to the possible legal repercussions for Cindy. Rafe had been keen to open a business in the heart of Hollyoaks village for some time and relaunched it as Harcourt's Grand Bazaar. Rafe also acquired the Wham! Glam! Thank You Tan! premises from Norma Crow to use as a convenient office base in the village, which would also act as an office for Harcourt Weddings.
In April 2024, Donny Clark purchased the market and in June 2024 was rebranded as 'Hollyoaks Market'.
