Two of Chester's finest acting talents, Matt Milburn and Roxanne McKee, flee the Hollyoaks nest to embark upon an awesome adventure Down Under. As soon as Matt and Roxy, aka Joe Spencer and Louise Summers, arrive in Sydney, they begin their whirlwind tour of Extreme Australia. From swimming with sharks to skydiving, Matt and Roxy compete for an uber-deluxe, super-plush luxury holiday in Oz. But can they handle the Hollyoaks Extreme Challenge?
