Hollyoaks: Dance Workout was a workout DVD released in December 2004.
Sarah Jayne Dunn, Ali Bastian and Jodi Albert take you through three sections to the complete overall body exercise regime: the warm up, the dance workout and the cool down. This cardiovascular workout will help you to tone and condition your body in an easy and fun way. Learn how to work every muscle in this simple dance routine as well as how to relax and revitalise your body.
The workout was presented and led by Tristan Temple, who would later go on to appear in Hollyoaks as Tyson in 2012 and 2013.
