Godfrey was the assistant of crime boss Norma Crow. Godfrey's duties often entailed driving Norma around in her funeral hearse, but Norma would occasionally use Godfrey for other jobs. In September 2022, Warren Fox kidnapped Godfrey in retaliation for Norma setting him up to shoot his son Joel Dexter, but Norma convinced Warren to release him. After Warren accidentally pushed Norma from a balcony (with Norma pulling him down with her), Godfrey waited for Warren at Warren's Wheels and kidnapped him, holding him hostage in a workshop at the bottom of Norma's garden.
Godfrey ended up working with The Embalmer to try take Norma and Warren down as they felt poorly treated by her. However, Godfrey aborted the plan and tried to stop The Embalmer when Warren reminded him that Norma thought of him as family. After being rescued, Norma decided against killing Godfrey for his betrayal (to the surprise of Warren) and ordered him to flee.
- Godfrey never had any lines of dialogue, and therefore was never credited.
