Gillian is most well known for her roles as Kathy Beale in EastEnders and Nikki Wright in The Bill. Her other credits include Casualty.
Gillian's sister, Kim Taylforth, has also appeared in Hollyoaks. Kim played Auntie Christine, the sister of Sandy.
