Colonel Gerald Wright was the soldier who presided over Captain Harvey Smith's hearing after Private Louis McQueen Jr. accused him of bullying in October 2013. Private Duncan Button and Colonel Taylor Wells provided eyewitness accounts backing up Louis, but Colonel Wright decided to discharge Louis for going AWOL and allowed Harvey to continue working without consequence.
