Synopsis[]
Becky and Ollie go to extreme lengths on their protest against Dee Valley University Hospital. Marnie stresses as her plans for the Dee Valley Heroes event start to go downhill. Sylver comes to a decision about his marriage to Mercedes, whilst Diane is adamant on making Scott's fostering dream a reality.
Plot[]
- 7:30pm
Fire rages at the collapsed Salon de Thé. A lamp explodes whilst a "flat wanted" poster, a watch and a raffle ticket lay in the rubble. The Dee Valley Heroes sign burns.
- 9:30am
Marnie stresses over the arrangements for the event. Becky rips up a poster for the event under The Archway, before signalling for Ollie to see her in private. Mercedes prepares to make a big announcement. Becky tells Ollie of her plan. Mercedes tells Sylver and Cher that they (and Bobby) should move into their own place. As Mercedes leaves excited, John Paul orders Sylver to tell Mercedes about his move to Spain - or else he will.
- 10:30am
Romeo is furious when the catering company cancels, and they can't cook as the gas stove seal is faulty. Cindy is furious as Ollie shows no sign of attending his sentencing, so Zara goes to find him. Sylver is suspicious when Mercedes lies about a phone call she receives before leaving. Zara finds Ollie and ends up arguing with Becky. Becky and Ollie insult Zara, so she decides to let Ollie make his own mistakes. Marnie panicks when Donna-Marie has Tony cater for the party. John Paul catches Sylver spying on Mercedes. Sylver snaps at John Paul over his drinking, causing him to storm off.

Ollie is optimistic about the protest. They watch the Salon de The from a distance. Diane worries about Scott, but Damon assures her that he is fine. Diane comes up with an idea to help Scott.
- 1:15pm
Romeo angrily confronts Becky and Ollie, who refuse to leave. Cher is upset to learn of Sylver's plan to leave. He cannot get over Mercedes's affair with Romeo, but wants Cher to move to Spain with him. She rejects as she finally feels that she has a place with the McQueens. Diane decides to find a new place for Scott to live and gives Damon the "flat wanted" posters. Cindy manages to convince Ollie to give her 5 minutes to talk. Her tearful attempt to get him to return home results in Ollie choosing Becky and Henry.

Sylver waits in The Dog in the Pond car park for his taxi, ignoring a call from Mercedes.
- 7:21pm
Marnie confronts Ollie and Becky and tells him that she is calling the police. Ollie wants to leave but Becky grabs a smoke bomb and sets it alight. She attacks Ollie who attempts to stop her, and throws it into the building as Marnie enters. The building explodes to Ollie's horror.
