Faith Hudson is the biological daughter of Liberty Savage and Brody Hudson.
After suffering from cervical cancer in 2017, Sienna Blake had her eggs removed in order to be able to have a child after a hysterectomy. In 2019, Sienna's sister Liberty Savage agreed to be a surrogate for Sienna and her then-boyfriend Brody Hudson, but suffered a miscarriage in October 2019. In November 2019, Liberty and Brody were informed that Sienna's remaining embryo was no longer viable, but decided to sleep together to conceive a child for Sienna instead of breaking the news to her. In December 2019, Liberty discovered she was pregnant, much to Sienna's delight.
On Christmas Day 2019, Sienna ended up getting a drone stuck by the window of 5 Oakdale Drive, Flat 1 and discovered the truth through the drone's camera which recorded Liberty and Brody talking about them sleeping together. Discussing her discovery with Martine Deveraux, Sienna decided not to reveal to Liberty and Brody that she knew what they had done. After briefly going on the run with her twins Sophie and Sebastian, Sienna returned in March 2020 and told Brody and Liberty that she knew that they had lied about the baby's parentage. Liberty told Sienna that she still wanted her and Brody to have the baby and the pair reconciled, even holding a gender reveal party in June 2020, where they discovered they were expecting a baby girl.
Liberty went into labour in September 2020 and ended up giving birth on the floor of The Hutch, assisted by Sienna, Brody and doctor Misbah Maalik. Liberty ended up bonding with the baby and tried to tell Sienna that she had changed her mind, only backing out when Sienna told her of how happy Liberty had made her. After Sienna and Brody struggled to name the baby, Liberty suggested 'Faith' which the pair agreed on.
After the birth, Liberty ended up developing post-partum psychosis and began talking to a vision of Sienna's late daughter Nico Blake after seeing a photograph of her. 'Nico' convinced Liberty to tell Sienna that she had changed her mind and decided to keep Faith. She also convinced Liberty to kidnap Faith and flee the village, but Liberty ended up hitting Brody with her car. After Sienna heard Liberty talking to 'Nico', she eventually convinced her to seek medical attention. After the visions of Nico discontinued, Liberty suggested forming a co-parenting plan, but Sienna rejected the idea and instead gave Faith to Liberty.
After Liberty was kidnapped by Summer Ranger in July 2021, Liberty's boyfriend Damon Kinsella took Faith to live with him and Brody on The Love Boat. In September 2021, Brody was killed in a hit-and-run by Warren Fox, with Damon deciding to become a father figure to Faith. In December 2022, Faith left with Liberty after she accepted a job in New Zealand.
