Synopsis
Mandy seems oblivious to the fact she's probably being duped by Miles the film producer – but can her friends and neighbours be bothered to warn her? The tide of public opinion is still running firmly against Mandy following her liaison with Luke. In fact, she's been given enough cold shoulders to fill a walk-in freezer. Perhaps it's not surprising, therefore, that she's tried to find solace in the company of the enigmatic Miles and his "film project". Trouble is, her devotion to Miles and his schemes appear to have succeeded in only turning her peers even more against her. Tiring of her endless obsession with a man who claims to be a millionaire but wears scuffed shoes, people like Max and Helen are close to giving up on Mandy entirely. One person, however, seems as keen as ever to poke her nose into Mandy's affairs - business or otherwise. Just what possesses Laura to take such a continuing interest in the fortunes of her erstwhile best friend? Abby, Zara and Lisa come to a dead end when their text suspect is eliminated. Jake continues to hit it off with Jodie as the Dean's continue to settle in their new home.Plot
