Episode 903 is an episode of Hollyoaks which aired on Monday 4th November 2002.
Synopsis
Amongst the piles of dirty pots and pans, Tony is busy trying to fashion a café for the future. But will his best intentions get tangled in his own apron strings? It's only a matter of weeks until the official opening of Gnosh Village, Hollyoaks's new cafe and snack bar. For Tony it's the chance to prove himself as an expert businessman as well as an accomplished caterer - but has he the staff in place to help him realise his grand schemes? Julie's definitely on side, positively relishing the chance to re-arrange a few more salt shakers and sauce bottles. Apart from that, however, can Tony really count upon the motley collection of characters who are also offering their services? For instance, while Debbie seems keen, is her eagerness disguising some kind of ulterior motive? Brian's somewhat gloomy face is hardly the best way to attract customers; and what with Izzy proving more of a hindrance than a help, Tony finally decides on a rather risky strategy that involves personally appealing directly to his audience - via television. He might already be a star in the kitchen, but will he prove a bigger star on the small screen? Things heat up for Steph when she persuades Cameron to attend the bonfire party.Plot
