Synopsis
After her recent unfortunate collision with a wedding cake, Izzy struggles to recover her dignity - and enlists the help of a mysterious new face. The battle of wits and whimsy between Izzy and Julie has become steadily more intense over the last couple of weeks. Few will have failed to notice the amount of spite that now exists between them - especially after their very public display of rattiness during the Morgans wedding reception, and which ended in Izzy's close encounter with several layers of icing. So far it's been Tony caught in the middle, rather helplessly trying to referee the spats while keeping both ladies convinced of his honourable intentions. However, when Izzy spies a newcomer innocently wandering round Hollyoaks, she immediately hits on a ruse to tip the balance back in her favour. But just who is this stranger? He turns out to be Kristian, a new student at Hollyoaks Community College; and judging from the impression he makes on Izzy it's clear he's going to have a big impact on the lives of the locals - and not just the females. Becca has her first day as a teacher support from both Sally and Jamie but pressure all the same. Scott may be beaten and bruised but he reckons it can give him a helping hand.Plot
