Synopsis
On present form it's likely that Eve's casual attitude to money will see not just Tony's house but most of Hollyoaks mortgaged for the sake of a pair of earrings. By all accounts the spending power of this woman is staggering. Even with debt collectors battering down her front door, she seems happy to blow a few more pounds on cosmetics. But now her light-fingered tendencies have been exposed, it looks like Eve's unique brand of retail therapy has to come to an end. Since Chloe learned of Eve's financial hardship, she's made it her business to caution her housemate on the wisdom of balanced budgets. Yet Eve's still been happy to reduce her overdraft to the sum of a few shillings. Nonetheless, now that Becca's found out about Eve's stealing, it's clear that Chester's most enthusiastic shopper has spent her last pence. There's only one solution left. But does this mean merely another handout or a ticket back to home comforts?Plot
