Synopsis
Steph continues to act spitefully towards Lisa as she becomes eager to spread gossip after learning of her hospitalisation. Eve is hurt to learn Matt talking about her behind her back. Tony is furious to find that O.B. has knocked off his wing mirror and nearly set fire to the flat - and is horrified to see what O.B. has replaced the ruined carpet with. Bombhead tries to get closer to Helen by working at Drive 'n' Buy and Steam Team.Plot
Tony is horrified at the state of the carpet and screams for O.B., scaring Eve when she discovers that O.B. is in the bath. Bombhead and Lee sneak into the house. Eve wants to give Matt a massage, but he is eager to leave for work. He is slightly uncomfortable, he wants to keep things to themselves for now. Tony knocks on the door and Matt hides. Tony tells her that O.B. says that it's her fault that the carpet is ruined. Zara is cold towards Steph upon discovering Lisa's hospitalisation. She tells Abby what has happened. Lee is confused as nobody is at home. Dan informs Lee what has happened. Tony is horrified to learn that O.B. nearly set the house on fire. Tony makes him replace the carpark. Matt finds The Dog in the Pond sign in the garden.Lisa apologises to Ellie. She doesn't want Les and Sally to know about what has happened. Steph calls Ellie, pretending to be a schoolfriend of Lisa, so she can get information to spread as gossip. Bombhead tries to talk to Helen, and asks her for a job. He is nervous as he takes her words out of context. O.B. can hardly remember what happened last night. He tells Beth his problems with Tony. Mr. C interviews Bombhead. He watches as she irons a silk shirt, and imagines her walking over to him, holding it over herself whilst naked. Mr. C shouts out for Bombhead. Zara, Abby and Steph argue, and Abby and Zara leave to see Lisa. Beth hides O.B. under the counter when Tony arrives. O.B. later reveals that he knocked Tony's wing mirror off his car. Beth has received her court date. He opens it for her - it's 26th August. Beth is surprised when O.B. asks her out on a genuine date. Matt informs O.B. that he has received the carpet.
Dan and Lee are unforgiving towards Zara. Ellie tells Lisa about "Emily", and is surprised to learn that Lisa does not know an Emily. Bombhead continues to fantasise over Helen. Helen and Tony talk about Mandy and Laura. Abby is unsympathetic regarding Brian and Zara defends him. She and Steph bicker when they bump into each other down the alleyway. Zara grabs Steph by the hair and they fight, and are separated by Abby. Matt and O.B. lay down the new carpet as Matt tells O.B. about sleeping with Eve. Will explains to Abby why Lisa self-harms.
Eve has overheard Matt venting to O.B. Lisa thinks that she is a freak. Helen appreciates Bombhead buying her lunch, and asks for his help taking her top off as she has slippery hands from moisturiser. Gordon is delighted to learn that someone is interested in the flat. He says that Bombhead can leave work now, but he decides to stay. Matt tries to put things right with Eve. Will tries to comfort Lisa. He says that everyone wants to help her. Tony is horrified to see the new carpet in the flat, and is enraged with O.B.
