Plot
Frankie and Dillon get dressed up for the house party. Whilst waiting for their ride, they come across Lucas and invite him. Lucas says he'll think about it. Ste settles baby James just as Lucas and Rex return to the flat, but the noise of Lucas dropping the bags causes the infant to cry again. Rex suggests Ste sleep trains baby James, having learnt it from foster homes. Ste notices Rex's bruised knuckles and questions him over them. Frankie and Dillon arrive at the house party and are greeted by Grace, who hands them GHB. They add it to their drinks. The lad who slept with Dillon a few weeks ago is there too. Rex tells Ste the bruised knuckles were from helping Grace with a punter at The Loft. Ste thinks he's made a mistake moving in with Rex already. Rex excuses his behaviour as being learned in the foster home.
The lad introduces himself to Dillon as Cooper and tells him he was the best £200 he ever spent. Dillon's shocked and takes Frankie down to the basement to debrief her. As he does, Grace checks in with D.I. Banks, who's observing the house and other locations on a network of CCTV. Grace panics when she sees where Dillon and Frankie are. Frankie dismisses Dillon's worries that Cooper was paid to sleep with him. Dillon realises their party was all older guys and not people of their age. They then hear muffled shouting from another room, which contains Robbie. Ste empathises with Rex over breaking cycles of violence. Rex explains he went and found his own family - drug gangs - and would do anything to keep a roof over his head. Freaked by what they're hearing coming from the room nearby, Dillon and Frankie want Lucas to pick them up. Dillon rings Lucas's phone but Ste hangs it up as it wakes baby James.
Grace stops Dillon and Frankie before they can investigate the noise. Frankie asks Grace about the prostitution, and while Grace doesn't outrightly lie to the teens, she paints the men with money as an attractive offer for Frankie, pointing out the perks Rex has given Dillon, such as a flat and car. Dillon thinks Grace is unbelievable but she insists Frankie is in control. Ste wonders who the real Rex is. Rex doesn't even know himself, as he admits he's never had a boyfriend and always used sex as means to an end. Frankie heeds Grace's words, but Dillon isn't as sure. Lucas hears Dillon's voicemail on his phone. After pointing out to Dillon he's sold himself once before, Frankie goes off with a man. Lucas rings Dillon but he cancels it to go somewhere private with Cooper. Grace is delighted with herself.Cast
