Synopsis
Ro makes a big change as he prepares himself for prison. Jeremy pays Ste a visit. Diane's night takes a dangerous turn.Plot
Frankie hides around the corner of the shed as the police inspect Jeremy's allotment and find the bag of drugs. Diane's decided to sell The Dog in the Pond so that she can hire a good lawyer to fight the charges against Ro. Ro rings Kathleen-Angel when alone to ask for help. Dillon's spent the night with the lad from the party. Once he's managed to get rid of him, he tells Frankie that he's a mess and needs to change, and so decides they're going to give Rex the drugs back today and tell him they want out. Frankie stops him in his tracks, however, to mention that the drugs have gone. Jeremy concludes Ste rang the police on him and decides to go and speak to him.
Marie overhears Diane asking Maxine about recommendations for good lawyers. She finds out that Diane's selling the pub. Ro asks Prince for advice on how he survived prison. He then gets Kathleen-Angel to apply make-up to his face. Marie informs Nancy of Diane's latest move. Ste finds Jeremy waiting for him at 2 Oakdale Drive. Rex presents Dillon and Frankie with a brand new car when Dillon explains that they want out from dealing. Jeremy tells Ste that Martha ran Furnando over but they didn't tell him because she was worried the authorities may take away her driving licence. Ste becomes erratic towards Jeremy and threatens him with a chair. Dillon has a change of heart and takes his new car for a drive. Rex overhears Martha on the phone to Jeremy and discovers that Ste's in distress.
Nancy disturbs Diane's appointment with the estate agent to berate her over her latest stunt. Diane's livid when Ro returns to the pub in a skirt and with make-up on and insists he takes it all off. Nancy and Marie intervene and calm the situation. Ste tells Rex the voice in his head told him to stop taking his medication so he threw it away. Rex reclaims the medication, helps Ste to take it, and tells him he loves him. Nancy and Marie unite to help Diane. Nancy takes the kids off of Diane for a sleepover and Marie locks up the pub for her. Diane succumbs to alcohol and pours herself a glass of wine. Then, while running a bath, she tries to shut a window but slips into the bath and loses consciousness. She's found shortly after by Tony and Marie, just before her head is submerged.Cast
