Synopsis
Ro takes action to feel safe after Arlo's recent nastiness. Rex continues to use Kat as a pawn in his game to exploit Frankie. Vicky gets a text.Plot
Arlo hands Ro history coursework that he wants done by final register. Darren returns to 17 Basswood Road and has to explain himself to Nancy. Vicky and Robbie are hosting an engagement party at The Hutch later. Rex arrives at Weirside View to collect the bag of cash but it's gone missing. Dillon's shocked to learn that Rex's boss works in drugs and panics as he starts looking for it. At Price Slice, Frankie tells Darren that he slept with Kat. Darren insists nothing happened, but Kat then shows up and confirms Frankie's statement.
Ste's taken in a stray kitten at The Hutch, thinking it can be their new mascot. Kat maintains her side of the story and Frankie discovers that the pair already knew each other from Newcastle. Tony finds Ro at the park and encourages his son to return to Hollyoaks High and not tolerate his bullies. Rex hides the bag of cash at Warren's Wheels before coming face-to-face with Kat, who's unsure that she can keep up with her lie that she and Darren slept together. Rex realises that Kat's caught feelings for Darren and uses Jacob against her, so she hits him with her bag. Getting nasty, Rex makes clear to Kat that if she's to see Jacob again, then he's to get Frankie.
Vicky's pleased to see Freddie at the engagement party. She tells Dillon that she's choosing Robbie as there's no future in what Freddie's offering, but Dillon doesn't believe she can stay away from the drama. Rex claims he has until tomorrow to get the money back. He gets Dillon to steal the keys to The Hutch from Lucas. Ro finds Arlo inside the flat and stands up to him. Vicky gets a text from an unknown number claiming to be Freddie. The number asks her for a photo of her to remember her by. Frankie gives Darren an ultimatum: tell Nancy before she does. Oscar heads up to the flat to see Ro, to hand him coursework from Nancy. In the flat, Ro pulls a knife from his bag. Arlo struggles with Ro as Oscar walks in and Oscar ends up stabbed by the blade. Hearing the commotion, Diane rushes upstairs and finds Oscar on the floor.Cast
